Middle Deck in Back Road East is a traditional first floor flat in part of a converted fisherman’s cottage. Built about 1830, the house is a grade II listed building in the St Ives conservation area. The flat retains much of its original charm with exposed beams and wooden floors, and has full gas central heating. The flat sleeps 4 and comprises a kitchen/diner, lounge, large double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, and shower room. Families with young children love the flat due to its close proximity to the harbour and beaches.
Electricity, gas, heating, bedding, towels, and WiFi are all included in the tariff. We are unable to accommodate any pets.
Back Road East is set in the popular Downalong area just yards from the harbour and a short walk from Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches. Shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
